1. Introduction

Welcome to rsvip. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and rsvip ("rsvip", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the rsvip website, mobile platform, betting services, casino games and all associated features available at rsvip.cam (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any policies incorporated by reference — such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

rsvip is an online sports betting and casino gaming information and services platform targeting the Pakistan market. All Platform content is presented in English. Pakistani players are reminded that gambling restrictions exist under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and that applicable local law may restrict online gambling. 2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds credited to a User's Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted under specific terms, including wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals are authorised.
• "Platform" means the rsvip website, mobile browser interface, applications and all associated services.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted by applicable law or by rsvip's internal policy.
• "Stake" means the real-money amount wagered on a bet or game round.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on rsvip, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction. Being 18+ does not make gambling lawful everywhere in Pakistan — you are responsible for understanding and complying with local law.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or use.
• You must not be excluded from gambling, whether voluntarily through rsvip's self-exclusion tools or by order of any regulatory or judicial authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or affiliate of rsvip, or a member of the immediate family of such a person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

rsvip reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, your Account may be suspended and access to funds withheld pending verification.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening, operating or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether in your own name or using another person's identity or details — is strictly prohibited. rsvip employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring and identity-matching techniques to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed and all balances and pending withdrawals forfeited.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify rsvip support immediately at [email protected]. rsvip will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

5. Terms of Use

By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any commercial, resale or professional gambling purposes not expressly authorised by rsvip.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy or reproduce any part of the Platform without written authorisation.
• Use automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform, place bets or access games.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts, damages or impairs the operation of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy or other circumvention technology.
• Transmit any malicious software, viruses or harmful code via the Platform.

rsvip reserves the right to monitor Platform usage and to investigate any suspected breach of these Terms. Evidence gathered during such monitoring may be shared with relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by rsvip. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the cashier. You must deposit from a payment account that is registered in your own name. rsvip does not accept deposits on behalf of third parties. Payment references including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are contextual references only and do not imply those providers endorse gambling or are affiliated with rsvip.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed only after KYC verification is complete. You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit, subject to the operator's withdrawal policy. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. Processing times vary by payment method and may take between one and seven business days depending on the provider and applicable compliance checks.

6.3 Pending Withdrawal Rights

rsvip reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, rsvip will notify you of the delay and conduct a review within a reasonable timeframe. PKR figures shown on the Platform are illustrative unless confirmed in writing by the operator.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets and promotional credits offered by rsvip are subject to specific Terms that are published alongside each offer. These Terms will specify, at minimum: the bonus amount or percentage, any minimum deposit requirement, the applicable wagering requirement (e.g., 30×), eligible games or sports markets, minimum odds for qualifying bets, time limits for meeting the wagering requirement, and any game contribution rates (e.g., slots contributing 100%, table games contributing 10%).

7.2 Bonus Abuse

rsvip actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedged bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements, and systematic exploitation of promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, rsvip reserves the right to cancel the bonus, reverse associated winnings and close the account.

7.3 No Guarantee of Ongoing Promotions

rsvip reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. The availability of a promotion in the past does not create an entitlement to the same or a similar promotion in the future.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds on rsvip are subject to the specific rules published for each sport, market and game type. In the case of any discrepancy between a displayed result and the official result from the relevant governing body — such as the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), ICC, PSL, FIFA or the relevant sports authority — the official result shall govern. rsvip reserves the right to void bets where an error in odds or game mechanics is identified, or where an event is abandoned, postponed or otherwise fails to reach a natural conclusion under the applicable rules.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These limits may vary by sport, market and account status. rsvip reserves the right to limit the maximum stake of any individual User at its discretion, with or without explanation.

9. Responsible Gambling

rsvip is committed to promoting responsible gambling for all users. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Increases to limits take effect after a cooling-off period; reductions apply immediately.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, betting is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when you have been logged in for a set duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications showing your session profit or loss to date.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently block access to your account. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the rsvip Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game content, and the compilation thereof — is the property of rsvip or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified or used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from rsvip.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rsvip shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption.
• Technical failures, connectivity issues or service interruptions beyond rsvip's reasonable control.
• Errors in odds, market suspensions or void bets resulting from data provider errors or force majeure events.
• Any financial losses arising from gambling — including losses incurred while using bonus funds — beyond the amounts deposited by the User.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. rsvip's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rsvip Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing or any activity in breach of applicable anti-financial crime legislation.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event, including PSL fixtures or ICC tournaments.
• Collusion with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games or sports betting markets.
• Use of insider information in connection with placing bets.
• Fraudulent use of payment methods, including unauthorised use of third-party payment accounts or chargeback fraud.
• Harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour directed at rsvip staff or other Users.
• Any form of cheating, exploitation of software vulnerabilities or manipulation of game mechanics.

13. Suspension & Termination

rsvip may, at its sole discretion, suspend or permanently close an Account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, or where continued access poses a risk to rsvip or other Users. Where an account is closed due to confirmed breach, any outstanding balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the User following completion of applicable KYC and compliance checks.

14. Privacy & Data

Your personal data is collected, processed and stored in accordance with rsvip's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. rsvip processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, marketing communications (where consent is given) and platform improvement. 15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to rsvip's customer support team for informal resolution. If informal resolution fails within 30 days, disputes may be referred to the competent courts or alternative dispute resolution body of the governing jurisdiction as specified in the operator's licence conditions.

Pakistani users are reminded that online gambling may be restricted under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and other applicable Pakistani legislation. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice or an assertion that gambling is lawful in Pakistan. Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local laws.

16. Amendments to These Terms

rsvip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, rsvip will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
